#1 Banana Bread
Banana bread is something that came out from nowhere and never left the shelves of all bakeries ever since. Prefect snack for breakfast or a better version of desert this sweet is the number one treat on our kitchen. The best part of it that you can make it all free from diary and gluten, unfortunately, not from calories. But let your working out routine take of that and just enjoy our delicious recipe inspired by Paleo Banana Bread from Pollen & Grace available in our vending machines.
Take all of the ingredients and let’s start the preparations. Follow these steps to make your own paleo banana bread:
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 180C or 350F degrees. Take the dish where you want to bake your loaf and put some parchment paper inside covering the whole space and leaving some more paper on the sides to get the bread out easily after baking. Spray it with some oil you prefer and put aside.
Step 2:
Take a bowl and mash the bananas till smooth texture. Add eggs, vanilla and almond butter. Whisk it in and sprinkle the mixture with coconut flour, salt, baking soda or powder and cinnamon. After all the ingredients are in place stir it by hand till you see that it is evenly combined.
Step 3:
Pour the batter in the prepared dish for your loaf. Distribute it evenly and let it stay for few minutes to make sure the top is smooth.
Step 4:
Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes. Check the readiness with the tooth stick or fork. If it’s still wet after you insert it in means you need to bake it a bit more till it’s dry. After it’s ready put it aside for 30 minutes to let it cool.
Step 5:
Enjoy your own paleo banana bread and don’t forget to share it with your friends and family. Cmon, this loaf is too much for one person.
Total time to prepare this banana bread is about 1h 10 minutes. We hope you enjoyed the recipe and will try it one day. But in case this seems too long or the craving is real you can always get one slice from Pollen&Grace at one of our machines.
Buon Appetit from The Jar - Healthy Vending!
